VISITOR INFO DESK

The airport's Visitor Information Desk is the place to go when you don't know where to go!

The Desk fields over 150 inquiries a day and functions as a collaboration between Gerald R. Ford International Airport and the Grand Rapids/Kent County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Maps, brochures, and other helpful resources are available 24/7, and the Visitor Information Desk is staffed from 9 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Staff at the Desk can assist you with needs both inside of the airport and in the community. You can also go to the Desk if you need to page a passenger or visitor at the airport. The Visitor Information Desk is located across from baggage claim in the front lobby.
