Why rent a meeting room at the airport?
You've probably been meeting people at the airport for years. But you may not have realized that it is an excellent place for meetings, period!
The choice of available rooms varies almost as much as the ways you could use them. Your company's human resources department might reserve one
of our smaller rooms to interview job candidates (local or flown in). A law firm might also find them ideal for conducting depositions efficiently
when one or more of the parties involved are from out of town.
Does your West Michigan company bring personnel from other offices to Grand Rapids for meetings? One of our larger rooms might be a convenient
and time-saving alternative to transporting groups of people to a location far from the airport. Clubs, organizations, and families might also
find our rental rooms desirable for extra privacy and convenience.

If you would like to provide food and/or beverages for your meeting, please contact the airport's food and beverage concessionaire, HMSHost, at 616-233-6387. They can provide everything from coffee and rolls for that early morning meeting to full meals to cookies and pop.
