Southwest Airlines announced that it will be coming to the Gerald R. Ford International Airport as it continues to merge itself into markets served by AirTran Airways! See the press release for complete details.

Phil Johnson has been named Acting Executive Director at GFIA.  At it's November meeting, the Gerald R. The Transportation Security Adminstration wants all travelers to be aware of their 3-1-1 for Carry-Ons program to ensure a smooth travel experience. The 3-1-1 program provides information on packing liquids and gels in your carry-on bags.
