Aletitude Breakfast begins right when Aletitude opens at 7am. This Concourse A restaurant partner serves fan-favorite signature breakfast sandwiches, a baked egg shakshuka flatbread, and fresh yogurt parfait, as well as quick-service items for travelers in a hurry.
Tacos Locos The newest concessions addition at Gerald R. Ford International Airport, Tacos Locos features a full Mexican breakfast menu. “Head to Tacos Locos if you’re looking for a hearty breakfast burrito,” said Emily. “This is a great option that’s both quick and filling.”
Freddy’s Steakburgers aren’t the only thing served up fresh at Freddy’s. From 7:30 to 10:30am stop by for a special morning menu, including a breakfast burrito or bagel, or choose from a variety of breakfast bowl options.
Prospect Hill Found just past security, Founders Prospect Hill Brewhouse opens daily at 7am with classic breakfast plates, a hearty bacon and sausage breakfast burrito, pre-made sandwiches, and a full drink menu including a must-try Passionfruit Mimosa and Founders Breakfast Stout. “Also a great option if you’re looking for a Bloody Mary,” Emily added.
Bell’s Tap & Table A staple of Concourse B, this sit-down restaurant is an extension of one of West Michigan’s top breweries. In addition to the eight classic beers they feature on tap, Bell’s also features breakfast plates and specialty beverages. “If you’re craving comfort food, Bell’s has phenomenal chicken and waffles,” said Emily.
Firehouse Subs Unlike standard locations, this specialty Firehouse Subs in Concourse B serves custom hot breakfast sandwiches. Made with their signature steamed meats, customize your morning with egg and cheese on toasted white or wheat sub rolls daily starting at 7am. “The [breakfast] sandwich had a little touch of sweetness that I was obsessed with,” said Emily.
Club GRR Find a rotating selection of light breakfast items, including fresh bagels and muffins, seasonal fruit options, and a full drink bar, starting at 4:30am daily at The Club GRR in Concourse A. Blue Bridge Market Open at 5am, Blue Bridge Market serves up local West Michigan breakfast favorites like Madcap Coffee and fresh Nantucket Bakery croissants, pastries, bagels and more. Travelers catching the earliest flights can quickly grab packaged fruit, yogurt cups, bottled juices, and pre-made breakfast items at this Concourse A concession partner. “This is stocked with artisanal sandwiches, grab-n-go options and local goodies,” added Emily.
Starbucks Your favorite espresso drinks, brewed coffees, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specialty drinks are available at Starbucks starting at 4:30am. Pair your beverage of choice with a selection from a full breakfast menu, including an assortment of signature baked goods and breakfast sandwiches, for an easy on-the-go breakfast option.
