Airport Rules & Regulations

These Airport Rules and Regulations have been adopted by the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority Board. The provisions of this document are intended to provide for the safe, orderly, and efficient operation of the Airport. Violation of these Rules and Regulations will subject the offender to administrative action by the Board through the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority and to penalties for such violations as provided in these Rules and Regulations.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and an Airport Concession DBE (ACDBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26 and Part 23 respectively. It is the policy of the Authority to ensure that DBEs and ACDBEs, as defined in part 26 and Part 23, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts and concession opportunities. Please contact Business Development Department for a copy of the airport's ACDBE program and goals.
