GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Aug. 11, 2015 — In response to growing demand for more low-cost Florida flights, Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announces it will reintroduce nonstop service from Grand Rapids to Punta Gorda beginning Nov. 4, 2015. To celebrate the return of this highly anticipated route, Allegiant is offering fares as low as $49* one way.

The flights will operate twice weekly and will fly nonstop between Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiantair.com.
Punta Gorda will be Grand Rapids’ sixth Allegiant destination. Strong demand in the Grand Rapids market has spurred Allegiant to add more low-cost flights for travelers, including recently announced service to Fort Lauderdale that begins Dec. 16, 2015.
