1. Sponsor

The Restaurant Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority, 5500 44th Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter through Instagram, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

• Like the official giveaway post published by @flygrford.

• Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one Tacos Locos gift bundle consisting of:

• One $25 Tacos Locos gift certificate

• One size large Tacos Locos T-shirt

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize bundle is $95. The prize is awarded as one bundle to one winner. No cash alternative is available, and the prize may not be transferred, exchanged or substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. The gift certificate is subject to any terms and conditions established by Tacos Locos.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be contacted by direct message from @flygrford on October 30, 2026. The winner must respond by November 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET to claim prize. If the winner does not respond within the stated period, cannot be reached, is determined to be ineligible or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed notifications due to privacy settings, message restrictions, inaccurate account information or other technical issues outside its control.

7. Prize Fulfillment

The winner must claim the prize by picking up at Gerald R. Ford International Airport or providing details for the items to be delivered. Sponsor may require the winner to provide information reasonably necessary to arrange fulfillment.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

9. Publicity and Privacy

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s name or Instagram handle to announce the winner, subject to applicable law. Any additional use of a winner’s image, likeness or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfillment, in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from claims, damages or liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where caused by conduct for which such release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries; technical or connectivity issues; unauthorized intervention; or other errors that may affect entry or Giveaway administration.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws, including the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Official Contest Rules.
