How is your company supporting the ConRAC project?
Buist is a subcontractor on the ConRAC project providing electrical, outdoor utilities, low
voltage/communications construction services.
What are some of the specialized skills that you and your team has enjoyed bringing to this project?
At Buist, part of our company mission is to “consider our employees well-being as essential.” It is for this reason that we believe in hiring people who genuinely care about themselves, their co-workers, and the company. We have a team of people who embody a culture of safety and care for others. We have enjoyed bringing this culture to the ConRAC project.
What’s your favorite part of working on a project at the Airport?
The team onsite. The entire construction crew has been great to work with and we have enjoyed being a part of this team. Everyone works hard, stays safe, has great attitudes, and has fun.
What is one fun fact about your company?
Buist is employee-owned! We have been in business since 1964 but became employee owned in 2005. It means a lot to us that each employee gets to share in the rewards of being part of a successful organization.
